Hi, I'm Alicia Herring, an interior designer and home stager, and I make staging simple for sellers.

I'm a life-long lover of home design and I've got an eye for what it takes to make a home look sharp against the competition. I believe every home can use staging to increase its value and appeal. I've been privileged to help homeowners just like you sell quickly in a variety of markets.

Who am I? I'm all about keeping things practical. Our family lives in colorful Colorado and I'm a wife and mom of twin girls. I love pretty homes, white lilies, and dark chocolate! And, I love simple solutions that make homes more beautiful AND valuable.

When a Realtor-friend asked me to "help!" make her listings look better, I drew upon my experience as an Aspen interior designer, an education in construction and design, and my thrifty nature... and the Staging Checklist for homeowners was born!

Since then, I've helped hundreds of homeowners de-clutter, organize, and know how-to stage their home for a successful sale. I bring these tried and true staging practices to you via video call in any location.
