Hi, I'm Alicia Herring, an interior designer and home stager, and I help homeowners prepare their home to sell fast, for top-dollar.

Who am I?  I'm all about keeping things practical.  Our family lives in colorful Colorado and I'm a wife and busy mom of twin girls.  I love pretty homes, white lilies, and dark chocolate!  And, I love simple solutions that make homes more beautiful AND valuable. 

When a Realtor-friend asked me to "help!" make her listings look better, I drew upon my experience as an Aspen interior designer, an education in construction and design, and my thrifty nature... and the Staging Checklist for homeowners was born!
